Lying on the belly, bring hands under shoulders, with elbows bent and pulled into the sides, lift head, neck and chest. Sway side to side, perhaps hiss like a snake or flick the tongue in and out to “smell” like a snake.
This backbend stretches the front body and lengthens the spine.
It energizes the body, opens the chest and heart, and strengthens the abdomen and neck. Good for the 3rd, 4th and 5th chakras.
